  Easily invest in a no-load mutual fund which attempts to replicate the per-formance of the Nasdaq-100 Index.  
  The Nasdaq-100 Index includes 100 of NASDAQ's largest non-financial companies. The goal of our Nasdaq-100 Index Fund is to attempt to replicate the index, offering investors a no-load, low cost fund without paying brokerage commissions generally associated with exchange traded funds (ETFs).

  The Nasdaq-100 Index Fund (NASDX) is a no-load index fund which, with enrollment in our Automatic Investment Plan ("AIP"), may be opened with a minimum deposit of only $500 for IRA accounts and $1,000 for non-IRA accounts. After reviewing the prospectus, simply download the application and return it along with your investment check to the address shown on the application. All checks must be made payable to "Nasdaq-100 Index Fund". All purchases must be made in U.S. dollars and checks must be drawn on banks located in the U.S. (Third party checks, credit card checks and cash will not be accepted).

The funds comprising California Investment Trust Fund Group are no-load, however, other fees and expenses do apply to a continued investment in the Funds and are described in the Funds' current prospectus.

No brokerage commissions are charged when purchasing the Nasdaq-100 Index Fund directly through California Investment Trust Fund Group. A short-term redemption fee applies if Nasdaq-100 Index Fund shares are sold within 30 days of the purchase date. See prospectus for details.
  The minimum account size is $3,000 for Individual Retirement Accounts ("IRA") and $10,000 for non-IRA accounts. However, you may open an IRA with a minimum initial deposit of only $500 and a non-IRA account with a minimum initial deposit of only $2,500 if you participate in our AIP program. A minimum monthly contribution of $100 is required through AIP. AIP does not assure a profit or protect against a loss. Please see the prospectus for additional information on AIP.
 

An investor cannot invest in the actual index, but may purchase the Fund which has a goal of attempting to replicate the performance of the largest non-financial companies as measured by the Nasdaq 100 Index. There can be no assurance the Fund will meet its investment objective. Investment value will fluctuate and upon redemption may be worth more or less than their original cost.
